We started by analysing current website behaviour, together with feedback from the Glenigan team, to understand what mattered most to their target audience. Alongside seeking validation from peers through case studies and testimonies, experiencing the product was key.

A streamlined ‘pipeline finder’, a window into the Glenigan software, was introduced to show the sort of in-depth project information it offers. This simple, single-minded feature, had a dramatic impact on lead volume – which increased by more than 50%.
