Congleton Town Council needed a website that could effortlessly serve a diverse mix of people, from residents and business owners to visitors exploring the area.
To ensure the new platform truly reflected the needs of the town, we delivered a series of collaborative co-creation workshops. By gathering direct insights from the community and stakeholders, we shaped an intuitive site structure and content strategy tailored to the needs of our audiences.
Crucially, because a council website must serve everyone in the community, we partnered with a specialist accessibility consultant to ensure rigorous WCAG compliance at every stage of design and build.
The result is an inclusive, modern, and accessible digital hub, which is now firmly established as the go-to resource for everything Congleton.
