We were tasked with developing a compelling recruitment campaign to boost applications for social worker roles, based on a clear central idea: Bring your difference, to make a difference.

Rather than focusing purely on the mechanics of the job itself, the campaign celebrated how individual personal values and a supportive organisational culture can genuinely transform lives and make a lasting impact on the community.
